Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • reliable and punctual
  • friendly and approachable personality

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • customer service experience
  • ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • experience in home health and hospice is a bonus

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • assist clients in finding their way around the office
  • announce clients as necessary
  • assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes
  • answer phones in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary
  • assist colleagues with administrative tasks
  • perform ad-hoc administrative duties
  • answer, forward, and screen phone calls
  • sort and distribute mail
  • provide excellent customer service
