Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to work 3rd shift
- Good driving record with no reckless driving
- No DUI/OMVI
- No hit and run
- No excessive speed violations as defined by DOT (15+ miles over)
- No preventable accidents
- No more than two moving violations within the last 24 months
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work and drive in all types of weather
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent and prompt attendance each day scheduled
Job Qualifications
- At least 12 months of verifiable 18ft-26ft box truck driving experience in the last 3 years
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent and prompt attendance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work and drive in all types of weather
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Operate a company provided CMV
- Deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload and deliver to customer specifications and obtain required customer sign offs
- Establish and maintain outstanding relationships with customers
- Review and verify invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy
- Complete DVIR's (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report)
- Follow safety and lifting protocols during deliveries
- Maintain delivery logs and records
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
