Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • minimum 3 years experience in events coordination or management
  • proven track record of successful event execution
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • strong interpersonal skills

  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

  • negotiating and coordinating with vendors
  • overseeing on-site event coordination
  • evaluating event success and preparing reports
  • communicating with clients regarding event needs and updates
  • assisting with marketing and promotional efforts
