- minimum 3 years experience in events coordination or management
- proven track record of successful event execution
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong interpersonal skills
- proficiency in event management software
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Ongoing recruitment of team members

- creating and managing event budgets
- negotiating and coordinating with vendors
- overseeing on-site event coordination
- evaluating event success and preparing reports
- communicating with clients regarding event needs and updates
- assisting with marketing and promotional efforts
