Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in the operation of a successful revenue-generating hospitality and/or leisure business
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • organized and detail oriented

  • maintains composure under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced and fluid environment

Job Duties

  • Implement and promote operations policies, procedures, and standards
  • recruit, interview, and hire daily operational staff including experiential personnel, box office, show services and other necessary personnel
  • assist in the training and creating reference materials for all operations staff
  • communicate company vision, customer-service expectations, corporate directives, and incentives to all location employees
  • oversee the implementation and compliance of all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for staff and guests
  • be part of the MOD (Manager on Duty) rotation
  • oversee on-site day-to-day operations including ticketing, POS management, attraction operations, guest services, custodial services, security services, on-site marketing, on-site groups and events, photo opportunities, and coat check
  • develop, manage, and approve line schedules for all operations staff
  • oversee payroll and ensure on time and accurate payroll reporting weekly in partnership with human resources
  • responsible for meeting budgeted labor goals and adjusting the labor schedules based on demand
  • enforce all rules and regulations, uphold proper levels of accountability and support discipline in partnership with people and culture when standards are not met
  • ensuring property is well maintained, in working order and peak condition at all times by working with Property Management and Touring teams
  • overseeing the maintenance of all equipment and supplies to ensure all needs are met
  • monitor third party operators and vendors to ensure they provide services consistent with company standards
  • assist with special company projects as may be needed
  • perform any and all duties as assigned
