Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in event strategy, digital marketing, or program management
  • Proven experience managing virtual and hybrid event portfolios
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with digital engagement trends and event optimization strategies

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years in event strategy, digital marketing, or program management specifically within virtual or hybrid environments
  • Strong ability to work across complex, matrixed organizations and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple event workstreams simultaneously
  • Ability to identify trends in digital engagement and apply them to a corporate event portfolio
  • Clear and effective communication skills, comfortable presenting strategy to internal partners and executives

Job Duties

  • Partner with product marketing to translate product launches and business goals into clear, actionable strategic briefs for virtual and hybrid events
  • Partner with demand generation to align on audience goals and event KPIs and facilitate leadership approval processes
  • Establish and document best practices for evolving virtual event formats focusing on attendee engagement and digital-first storytelling
  • Provide end-to-end project management for select events overseeing timelines and deliverables from planning through execution
  • Facilitate content planning and strategy discussions across various teams ensuring alignment and seamless execution
  • Partner with digital experience team on event content curation and merchandising on Salesforce+ to optimize visibility and user experience
  • Monitor and analyze content performance across channels working with data teams to leverage insights for optimization
