Job Requirements
- Education level as required by position
- minimum of one year of customer service experience
- ability to operate a POS system efficiently
- experience in coaching or training staff preferred
- physical ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
- adherence to federal workplace policies including EEO and drug-free workplace standards
- ability to obtain and pass a National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI)
- willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
- direct deposit of pay mandatory
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work
- background check clearance
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience working within a customer focused environment
- experience observing, coaching, and training front line employees preferred
- positive attitude with genuine desire to work in a team environment
- ability to read and train operating standards and procedures for service and POS systems
- ability to work in a high performance atmosphere
- knowledge of safety and environmental standards for fuel
- attention to detail is required
Job Duties
- Lead the customer service desk or central checkout operations in collaboration with managers
- complete all sales and return transactions using the POS system
- assist in executing corporate service programs, promotions, and Dress Blue Experience standards
- proactively identify and resolve customer problems with an empowered mindset
- coach and train team members on service, returns, exchanges, and service recovery
- manage merchandising and inventory accuracy in assigned areas
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards
