Job Requirements

  • Experience working in guest-facing roles preferably private aviation or luxury hospitality
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing including marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opioids, and phencyclidine (PCP)
  • Physical ability to stand for at least 8 hours, walk at a fast pace, move, pull, carry or lift at least 50 lbs, and occasionally kneel or bend
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to commute to and from Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport within 60 minutes

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in guest-facing roles preferably in private aviation or luxury hospitality

  • Knowledge of TSA and FAA policies and procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Capacity to manage time-sensitive decisions and operations
  • Familiarity with customer service metrics like net promoter score (NPS)
  • Adaptability to evolving operational standards and technologies

Job Duties

  • Operate as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) applying deep knowledge of TSA procedures and requirements to ensure safety compliance
  • Drive net promoter score (NPS) by delivering superior communication and personalized service to guests and assist in service recovery during IROPS
  • Coordinate with FBO partner to consistently meet guest needs and Aero operational processes
  • Collaborate with Host and Concierge Teams, Flight Crew, and Operations to make timely decisions regarding daily operations
  • Stay informed on company and FAA policies, ensuring activities align with Concierge Playbook, Host Procedures Playbook, TSA security requirements, and Ground Handling Manual
  • Contribute to developing, implementing, and troubleshooting processes, procedures, and technology at the Las Vegas location
  • Perform other assigned projects and tasks as needed
