Job Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CANVA
  • Strong communication skills including public speaking and engaging others

  • Minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • Capable of constant physical activity including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds using proper techniques

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and CANVA
  • Strong communication skills including public speaking and meeting facilitation
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with creative and viable solutions

  • Passion for delivering engaging fan experiences

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement employee engagement communications such as newsletters and show-day information sheets
  • Manage the upkeep and atmosphere of the employee break area to enhance the work experience
  • Organize and facilitate employee appreciation efforts and events
  • Administer the employee recognition program to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Lead venue service-focused employee training and coaching programs ensuring service standards are met
  • Develop creative initiatives for fan experience including service recovery and celebratory surprises
  • Complete and manage day-of-show and post-show reports to analyze service performance and develop improvement plans
  • Collaborate with venue leadership on budget and process improvements to reduce event day hassles
  • Manage special projects related to guest or employee programs
  • Participate in regular meetings with venue teams and regional leadership to ensure alignment and support
