Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of private aviation experience
- 3+ years of experience in luxury client services, VIP account management, or a similar role preferably within private aviation or high-end hospitality
- Profound understanding of private aviation operations including trip planning, aircraft types, and regulations
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- Proficiency in office software and customer relationship management systems
- Poise and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with luxury and sophistication
- Proven aptitude for proactive problem-solving
- Genuine passion for the aviation industry and client satisfaction
- Availability for occasional travel and participation in company events
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check including employment, education, and criminal history verification

Job Duties
- Cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Learn and understand unique client preferences to offer bespoke luxury travel services
- Meticulously plan and oversee all aspects of client trips including catering, ground services, and flight coordination
- Respond promptly to client enquiries via multiple communication channels and provide timely personalized updates
- Handle billing inquiries with discretion and maintain precise, confidential client account records
- Identify and resolve challenges proactively to maintain high client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with flight crews, internal teams, and luxury service providers to ensure flawless execution of experiences
- Solicit and respond to client feedback to enhance luxury services continuously
