- minimum 1 year of private aviation experience
- at least 3 years of experience in luxury client services or VIP account management
- deep knowledge of private aviation operations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities with keen attention to detail
- proficiency in office software and CRM systems
- adaptability and poise in a dynamic environment
- strong problem-solving skills

- availability for occasional travel
- legal work authorization in the United States
