Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • completion of college level courses in Business or Hospitality strongly desirable
  • five or more years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and organize effectively
  • familiarity with Opera Property Management System
  • membership in Los Angeles Concierge Association preferred
  • fluency in multiple languages highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Promote resort services and amenities
  • warmly greet and assist guests at the Experience Center
  • set up custom travel itineraries and make reservations for guests
  • coordinate with other departments to enhance the guest experience
  • follow Forbes standards for exceptional communication
  • handle pre-arrival processes
  • make recommendations using Aspire Sales Funnel
  • maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
  • resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
