Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk (dental or medical experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Reliable and coachable

Job Duties
- Greet patients with warmth and hospitality as soon as they walk in
- Offer amenities like refreshments, blankets, or new patient tours
- Support patients with paperwork, insurance details, and check-in
- Monitor and fill schedule gaps proactively
- Maintain a clean, polished environment (snack bar, lobby, bathrooms, etc.)
- Assist with posting payments, reviewing balances, and uploading paperwork
- Use tools like CareStack, Slack, and texting platforms to stay organized and connected
- Be a team cheerleader-help set the tone in morning meetings and throughout the day
