Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related field preferred
  • 1 plus years of reception experience or solid internship experience
  • hospitality or service industry experience a plus
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • availability to travel up to 5 percent of the time
  • reside within reasonable driving distance of Tempe, AZ
  • strong communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to handle last-minute changes and problem solve

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact: provide friendly and professional reception desk coverage, warmly greeting guests and ensuring a smooth visitor experience
  • initiate invitations to meeting prospects and attendees
  • own the guest experience: initiate invitations, manage sign-ins, and facilitate a seamless flow of meetings and events
  • keep our space in top shape: ensure the Experience Center is always presentable, well-stocked, and organized before and after meetings
  • collaborate and support teams: work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, assisting with lead management, budget reporting, local purchasing, and special projects
  • vendor and property coordination: maintain relationships with local hotels, caterers, and property management to ensure smooth operations
  • problem-solving in real-time: be ready to handle last-minute changes, guest needs, and facility requests with efficiency and a can-do attitude
  • additional administrative and event support as needed
