Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing or 3 years in hospitality
- At least 1 year customer-facing experience or relevant internship
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- At least 2 years in any marketing role or 3 years in hospitality
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience or solid internship experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Drive engagement by initiating invitations and supporting outreach to prospects, partners, and meeting attendees
- Champion the first impression through reception and phone coverage by warmly greeting guests and delivering clear, professional guidance
- Enhance the visitor journey by managing guest sign-in, issuing badges, and reporting on meeting activity
- Protect the Axis brand experience by ensuring the facility is immaculate and presentation-ready before, during, and after all engagements
- Maintain hospitality standards through proactive food, beverage, and supply inventory management
- Collaborate with the Events Planning team to support AEC activations, onsite events, partner engagements, and marketing initiatives
- Support regional marketing execution by assisting the Area Marketing Manager with lead management, budget tracking, local purchasing, and operational requests
- Serve as primary liaison with the building landlord to ensure smooth facility operations
- Manage inbound and outbound packages and coordinate shipping tied to events and demos
- Coordinate catering services and maintain partnerships with local hotels and vendors
- Take on additional responsibilities that elevate the Experience Center and support SEA marketing strategy
