Job Requirements
- US Work Authorization required
- bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related experience preferred
- typing speed of 40 WPM or higher with accuracy
- ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
- familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools is a plus
- vendor management experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- some travel required up to 15%
- hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- coordinate and support logistics for conferences, conventions, and company events
- manage event materials, SWAG inventory, and gift programs
- assist with vendor coordination and travel arrangements
- provide project management and administrative support for the events team
- collaborate across departments to ensure successful event execution
