Job Requirements

  • Must have a solid work history with 1 or more years at previous employers
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver bulky racks
  • Flexible scheduling based on business demands
  • Must uphold the company’s core values
  • Required to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and perform frequent handling activities
  • Maintain cooking line clean and safe

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months experience in the food service industry preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Passion for cooking with attention to freshness, quality and cleanliness
  • Desire to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail in food presentation
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts
  • Positive and reliable work ethic

Job Duties

  • Communicate orders and information between front of house and back of house
  • Ensure orders are cooked timely so all orders for a table are ready simultaneously
  • Make sure servers and food runners deliver food while warm and ready
  • Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe cooking line
  • Assist team members as needed
  • Monitor plate presentation ensuring it is dressed, garnished, and free from spills
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
