Job Requirements
- Solid work history with at least 1 year at previous employers
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver large bulky racks
- Flexibility with scheduling based on business demands
- Must uphold the companys core values
- Ability to bend stoop squat kneel reach and perform frequent handling activities
- High school diploma or GED

- 6 plus months experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Communicate orders and information between front of house and back of house
- Ensure orders are cooked in a timely fashion and all orders for a table are ready simultaneously
- Ensure servers and food runners deliver food to tables while it is warm and ready
- Make sure plates are dressed and garnished correctly free from smudges or spills
- Maintain a clean sanitary and safe cooking line
- Assist team members and help out where needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
