Job Requirements

  • Solid work history with at least 1 year at previous employers
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver large bulky racks
  • Flexibility with scheduling based on business demands
  • Must uphold the companys core values
  • Ability to bend stoop squat kneel reach and perform frequent handling activities
  • High school diploma or GED

Job Qualifications

  • 6 plus months experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for providing extraordinary service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Keen eye for freshness quality and cleanliness

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Job Duties

  • Communicate orders and information between front of house and back of house
  • Ensure orders are cooked in a timely fashion and all orders for a table are ready simultaneously
  • Ensure servers and food runners deliver food to tables while it is warm and ready
  • Make sure plates are dressed and garnished correctly free from smudges or spills
  • Maintain a clean sanitary and safe cooking line
  • Assist team members and help out where needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
