Job Requirements
- Must be able to ski or snowboard and pass ride test prior to first day
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of lifting and carrying at least 20 pounds occasionally
- Able to stand, walk, kneel, push, and pull for extended periods
- Able to bend, reach, and speak continuously
- Capable of communicating effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant expediting preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of dining room setup
- Ability to operate in a physically demanding role
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure food leaving the kitchen is correctly prepared and plated according to tickets
- Communicate effectively between front of house and kitchen staff
- Run food to the proper tables when servers are unavailable
- Set up and clean the expo station, rotate products, and maintain quality control
- Work collaboratively with servers, bussers, bartenders, and cooks to ensure smooth dining service
- Lift and carry objects such as trash bags and pallets of stock
- Maintain stamina throughout long, busy shifts on your feet
