Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, reach and speak constantly
- willingness to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- must be able to ski or snowboard and pass a ride test
- customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- ensure food leaving the kitchen is prepared according to the ticket
- oversee plating and presentation of dishes
- communicate directly between front and back of house
- run food to the proper tables when servers are unavailable
- setup and clean up the expeditor station
- rotate product and maintain quality control
- collaborate with servers, bussers, bartenders and cooks
