Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
  • physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to bend, reach and speak constantly
  • willingness to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • must be able to ski or snowboard and pass a ride test
  • customer service experience preferred

  • knowledge of dining area setup and table locations
  • experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • basic food safety knowledge
  • enthusiasm for guest service and hospitality

Job Duties

  • ensure food leaving the kitchen is prepared according to the ticket
  • oversee plating and presentation of dishes
  • communicate directly between front and back of house
  • run food to the proper tables when servers are unavailable
  • setup and clean up the expeditor station
  • rotate product and maintain quality control
  • collaborate with servers, bussers, bartenders and cooks
