Job Requirements
- Ability to ski or snowboard and pass ride test
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift, carry, or position minimum of 20 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, push, and pull for extended periods
- Strong communication skills for continuous interaction with guests and team members
- Physical stamina for long, busy shifts on feet
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant expediting preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of dining area setup
Job Duties
- Ensure food leaving the kitchen is prepared correctly according to the ticket
- Oversee finishing the plating
- Deliver plates to the correct tables
- Communicate effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Setup and clean the expo station
- Rotate product and maintain quality control
- Work collaboratively with servers, bussers, bartenders, and cooks to provide great dining experiences
