- High School diploma, GED equivalent, or equivalent experience
- Previous high paced restaurant expeditor experience
- ServSafe Certification
- TIPS Certification or certification within 90 days of employment
- Basic English speaking and reading skills desired

Job Duties
- Communicates with staff in the kitchen under guidance of the Chef and Food and Beverage Manager
- Ensures food leaving the kitchen meets prescribed quality
- Communicates with dining room personnel
- Ensures all food items are accountable according to POS check
- Correctly handles and covers food per hygiene standards
- Manages food dispense ensuring each guest receives the correct item
- Stocks station and completes delegated side work
- Performs other duties as assigned
