Job Duties
- Organize and prioritize food tickets, ensuring correct order assembly
- Inspect dishes for presentation, portion size, temperature, and accuracy before they leave the kitchen
- Communicate with cooks and update food runners on order status
- Relay special requests or item shortages to kitchen staff
- Ensure orders are complete and perfect with final touches
- Call for food runners to pick up completed dishes
- Ensure timely delivery of food to guests
