  • minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or restaurant support in a fast paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to coordinate between kitchen and service teams
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties

  • oversee the flow of food from kitchen to dining room ensuring accuracy timing and presentation
  • coordinate communication between kitchen and service teams conveying special requests and prioritizing orders
  • direct kitchen traffic and manage the pass-thru area to maintain efficient operations
  • collaborate effectively with culinary and service teams to enhance the guest experience
  • maintain organization and efficiency in a fast paced environment
  • ensure dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality and presentation standards
  • assist with training and supporting new team members as needed
