Job Duties
- oversee the flow of food from kitchen to dining room ensuring accuracy timing and presentation
- coordinate communication between kitchen and service teams conveying special requests and prioritizing orders
- direct kitchen traffic and manage the pass-thru area to maintain efficient operations
- collaborate effectively with culinary and service teams to enhance the guest experience
- maintain organization and efficiency in a fast paced environment
- ensure dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality and presentation standards
- assist with training and supporting new team members as needed
