Job Duties

  • oversee the flow of food from kitchen to dining room ensuring accuracy timing and presentation
  • coordinate pass-thru operations directing traffic and maintaining seamless service flow
  • communicate effectively between kitchen and service teams conveying special requests and prioritizing orders
  • collaborate with culinary and service teams to enhance the guest experience
  • ensure each dish leaving the kitchen meets quality and presentation standards
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pass-thru area
  • support efficient and timely delivery of food orders
