Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current food handler's permit
- Current alcohol certification
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be 21 years or older
- Physical ability to lift and move 50 pounds
- Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications

- Familiarity with liquor laws
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Ensure that all brand standards regarding quality, food preparation, presentation, food safety and timeliness are upheld at all times without exception
- Liaise and support positive communication between kitchen and service staff during high-volume business times
- Prioritize and execute strong time management skills during high-pressure workplace environments
- Extend friendliness, warmth and hospitality to all guests and staff members at all times
- Coordinate efforts of restaurant and kitchen personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guests' expectations
- Ensure expeditor station is set up at the beginning of shift and clean and well stocked at shift end
- Engage with guests to make them feel welcome and attended to
- Demonstrate product knowledge and use salesmanship skills in answering customer questions and making recommendations regarding menu, daily specials, promotional programs, and beer selections
- Observe diners to ensure guest satisfaction with food and service, inform staff of additional requests or concerns
- Ensure all menu items, sauces and condiments are properly accounted for prior to delivery
- Perform all assigned side work
- Perpetually stock expeditor station throughout shifts
- Demonstrate leadership and teamwork while working respectfully with team members
- Communicate clearly and willingly assist all team members
- Provide a safe and harassment-free workplace environment for staff
- Protect consumer health by adhering strictly to sanitary and safe food handling mandates
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned
