Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two to three years experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- practice safe work habits and follow safety policies and procedures
- complete company-wide and job-specific safety training

Job Duties
- Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house
- make sure food is cooked in correct order
- ensure efficient and accurate food presentation to guests
- follow opening and closing procedures and food preparation assignments
- maintain proper food temperatures and accurate delivery
- uphold safety standards and sanitation of work areas
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen including shelves, walls, floors and drains
- participate as a team player in preparation, service and delivery of products
- handle and clean kitchen equipment safely
- adhere to appearance and uniform standards
- lead food runners and coordinate delivery of orders
- perform other assigned duties
