Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and be able to lift up, push, and pull at least 35 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
- Prior experience in a luxury setting
- One year experience working in an expeditor role
- Great communication skills
- Confidence and ability to perform under pressure
Job Duties
- Ensure communication in the kitchen by calling out orders, getting the status on dishes, and calling the waitstaff to serve completed dishes
- Inform the waitstaff when certain dishes or ingredients have run out and pass food requests from the waitstaff to the kitchen
- Monitor the food portions on completed dishes according to restaurant standards
- Ensure that all orders are completed in time and with the correct priority
- Inspect the cleanliness, presentation, and temperature of completed dishes
- Perform the finishing touches to completed dishes, such as adding garnishes and removing smudges
- Keep the expediting area clean, neat, and well-stocked
- Ensure all staff adheres to health and safety standards
