Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in a food service or restaurant role
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Good physical stamina and endurance
- Willingness to adhere to hygiene and safety regulations
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with diverse personality types
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Good command of spoken English, especially in upscale restaurant settings
Job Duties
- Pass customer orders to kitchen staff
- Inspect dishes to ensure compliance with food quality and hygiene standards
- Ensure food orders are properly covered during transit
- Notify waiters or waitresses when orders are ready
- Maintain fast and smooth workflow between kitchen and serving staff
- Maintain cleanliness and friendly restaurant atmosphere
- Assist with setting tables, clearing plates, and greeting customers (if required)
