Job Duties

  • Coordinate food orders between kitchen and servers to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Inspect all food items before they leave the kitchen, ensuring they meet quality, presentation, and temperature standards
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to address any issues or delays, making sure orders are accurate and complete
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and surrounding areas
  • Assist in food preparation and plating as necessary to meet high-demand periods or specific order requests
  • Monitor and manage the flow of orders during busy periods to minimize wait times and optimize guest satisfaction
  • Support the team in maintaining a safe and sanitized workspace, following Tumble 22's food safety and hygiene standards
