Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Ensure that the service station is ready for meal service
  • act as a liaison between kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • inspect dishes for accuracy and presentation before leaving the kitchen
  • assist in final plating and garnishing of dishes
  • maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and servers regarding order status and issues
  • handle customer complaints and resolve discrepancies related to food quality or order accuracy
  • uphold health and sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas
