Job Duties
- Ensure that the service station is ready for meal service
- act as a liaison between kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- inspect dishes for accuracy and presentation before leaving the kitchen
- assist in final plating and garnishing of dishes
- maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and servers regarding order status and issues
- handle customer complaints and resolve discrepancies related to food quality or order accuracy
- uphold health and sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas
