- ability to legally work in the USA
- certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption (ie: State Specific Food Handlers Card) is a bonus

Job Duties
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to manage order flow
- check orders for accuracy and presentation before they leave the kitchen
- prioritize and organize orders to maintain smooth service
- support the team by troubleshooting issues quickly
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area
