Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an expeditor or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality and presentation standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust fumes or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding unfolding as required
- Able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
- Adherence to attendance requirements including additional hours on weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee the expediting process during meal periods ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes to members and guests
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage the timing and presentation of dishes according to order tickets
- Check each dish for quality portioning and presentation before it leaves the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor food quality ensuring it meets the club’s standards for taste appearance temperature and portion size
- Address and resolve any food quality or presentation issues promptly working with kitchen team for adjustments
- Ensure dishes comply with special requests or dietary restrictions
- Keep the expediting area organized and clean ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas as needed
- Manage organization and processing of order tickets efficiently
- Maintain clear communication with chefs cooks and servers to ensure efficient service
- Assist in training new kitchen and service staff on expediting procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and timely
- Interact professionally with members and guests accommodating changes and last-minute requests
- Support fellow employees and contribute to positive team environment
- Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally notifying management and practicing service recovery
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
