Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Oversee the expediting process during meal periods ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes to members and guests
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage the timing and presentation of dishes according to the order tickets
  • Check each dish for quality portioning and presentation before it leaves the kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining areas
  • Monitor the quality of food being prepared ensuring it meets the club's standards for taste appearance temperature and portion size
  • Address and resolve any issues with food quality or presentation promptly working with the kitchen team to make necessary adjustments
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to special requests or dietary restrictions as specified by members and guests
