Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- One to three years experience in logistics
- Ability to work in a typical office environment
- Ability to sit, stand, and climb stairs for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must have or be able to obtain required security clearances
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
- One to three years experience in logistics
- Experience in exercise planning and training coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to develop detailed operational plans and after-action reports
- Familiarity with joint and combined training environments
- Ability to obtain required security clearances
Job Duties
- Develops exercise options based on unit availability, training requirements, and exercise objectives
- Develop and brief exercise options to senior client leaders
- Works with outside organizations and subordinate units during mission analysis
- Finalizes exercise planning by providing concept of operations and writing exercise orders
- Collect data and develop after action reports and builds after action briefings for senior client leaders
- Utilizes existing resources to develop exercises of Joint and Combined training events
- Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies
