Job Requirements
- Four year degree or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership experience in retail or related field
- Knowledge of general merchandise and food sales operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage teams effectively
- Capable of handling physical demands such as lifting up to 40 pounds and climbing ladders
- Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Access to all building areas
- Ability to interpret reports and information
- Accurate cash register handling
- Regular attendance and punctuality

- Four year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interest and knowledge in food and beverage business

Job Duties
- Drive total store sales and understand departmental contributions to profitability
- Manage food and beverage, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing for all general merchandise areas
- Manage a team of operations, accuracy and efficiency experts
- Lead pick, pack and ship fulfillment work
- Develop and utilize workload planning strategies to ensure guest readiness
- Conduct regular team check-ins for task completion
- Oversee GM backroom and sales floor operations and reporting
- Manage team leaders' workload planning, including sales plans and transitions
- Drive fulfillment sales and guest promise time adherence
- Lead training and enforcement of food safety standards
- Oversee efficient sales operations and promote a sales culture
- Manage food and beverage team leader workload including promotions and sampling
- Create and maintain a guest-obsessed culture
- Monitor competition and leverage insights to drive business
- Work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends
- Ensure product freshness, availability, accurate pricing and signage
- Assess backroom and sales floor priorities and develop improvement plans
- Lead organizational and operational changes
- Identify and adapt to unique store trends
- Coach and develop team skills and expertise
- Enforce accountability through performance management
- Provide exceptional guest service and shopping experience
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Follow safety and security protocols
- Address store emergencies and regulatory visits
