Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • drive total store sales understanding role in sales growth and impact on profitability
  • manage food and beverage, food services inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all general merchandise areas
  • manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy and efficiency
  • enable efficient delivery to guests by leading pick, pack and ship fulfillment work
  • develop strategy and utilize workload planning tools to complete scheduled workload ensuring guest readiness
  • conduct regular check-ins with team to ensure task and workload completion
  • manage all backroom and sales floor areas and review reporting to identify gaps and develop resolution plans
  • oversee team leaders workload planning including transitions, revisions and sales plans for all general merchandise areas
  • drive fulfillment sales by leading fulfillment team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
  • drive a culture centered on food safety and coach team on food safety standards and cleaning routines
  • lead efficient operations to fund sales culture
  • oversee food and beverage team leaders workload planning including transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling and promotions
  • create guest-obsessed culture prioritizing guest experience and store sales goals
  • assess competition and leverage guest insights and feedback to drive business
  • work schedule aligning to guest and business needs including early mornings, evenings, overnights and weekends
  • manage consistent guest experience by ensuring product is in stock, fresh, available, food safe and accurately priced and signed
  • assess all backroom and sales floor areas, walk food and beverage standards to assess priorities and review reporting to identify gaps
  • plan, lead and follow-up on organizational and operational change
  • anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends
  • develop and coach team to elevate skills and expertise
  • establish culture of accountability with clear expectations, performance management, staffing needs anticipation, talent planning and recruitment
  • provide guest service and shopping experience meeting guest needs
  • demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture and hold team accountable
  • follow all safe and secure training and processes as key carrier
  • address store needs such as emergency and regulatory visits
