Job Requirements
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Accurately handle cash register operations

Job Qualifications
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
- Ability to relate well and interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong cognitive skills including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
Job Duties
- Drive total store sales and understand your role in sales growth
- Manage Food & Beverage, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes
- Manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy and efficiency
- Lead pick, pack and ship fulfillment work
- Develop strategy and utilize workload planning tools to complete all scheduled tasks
- Conduct regular check-ins with team to ensure task completion
- Manage all GM backroom and sales floor areas, review reports to identify gaps and develop solutions
- Oversee GM Team Leaders workload planning including transitions, revisions and sales plans
- Drive fulfillment sales by leading Fulfillment team to fulfill orders accurately and timely
- Promote a culture centered in food safety through training and coaching
- Lead an efficient operation to fund the sales culture
- Oversee Food & Beverage Team Leader's workload planning including transitions, sales plans, sampling and promotions
- Create a guest-obsessed culture prioritizing the guest experience
- Assess competition and leverage guest insights to drive business
- Work schedules that align with guest and business needs including early mornings, evenings, overnights and weekends
- Ensure product is in stock, fresh, food safe, and accurately priced and signed
- Plan, lead and follow-up on organizational and operational changes
- Develop and coach team to elevate skills and expertise
- Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management
- Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Address store needs including emergencies and regulatory visits.
