Job Duties

  • Design sushi menus including nigiri, sashimi, rolls, and omakase
  • Create seasonal and specialty dishes
  • Ensure authenticity and presentation standards

  • Inspect daily fish deliveries for freshness
  • Maintain proper storage and food safety standards
  • Train junior sushi chefs and apprentices

  • Manage supplier relationships
