Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals in an upscale casual restaurant environment
  • Set high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety in all sushi preparations
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure culinary staff proficiency and excellence
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to source fresh, high-quality ingredients at optimal prices
  • Perform cost analysis and manage inventory to maximize profitability
