Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum four years relevant experience or two-year degree with two years experience
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage inventories and supplies
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws
  • Experience in supervisory roles
  • Ability to work full time in San Francisco

Job Qualifications

  • Or two-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major with two years of experience

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen utility operations and staff
  • Oversee dish room operations and night cleaning
  • Coordinate back dock cleaning and maintenance
  • Supervise banquet plating and food running tasks
  • Schedule events, programs, and employee shifts
  • Control inventories of food, equipment, and serviceware
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food handling regulations
