Job Duties
- Supervise day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department
- Ensure total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas
- Schedule stewarding staff shifts effectively
- Manage and train stewarding staff
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to support seamless operations
