Job Requirements
- Five years of stewarding operations in a leadership role experience preferred
- Knowledge of stewarding service techniques and cost controls such as labor, productivity, and other expenses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and adapt to new operating systems and technology
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Luxury hotel experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Serve as a key member of the stewarding team
- Manage the resort's kitchens and heart of house areas ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- Supervise stewarding associates including recruiting, interviewing, and training
- Create and distribute weekly schedules for all stewarding associates
- Manage inventory and storage of food and beverage equipment
- Communicate daily with executive chefs and banquet managers regarding daily activities
- Order supplies and maintain proper inventory levels
- Ensure all ware washing equipment is operational
- Maintain cleanliness in all heart of house areas including kitchens and walk-ins
- Deliver food for banquet events and break down stations
- Drive and maintain kitchen recycling programs
- Assist executive chef with special projects
- Monitor and enforce resort policies and procedures
- Review daily payroll reports and maintain labor costs within budget
- Lead departmental meetings to communicate effectively with associates
- Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned
