Job Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years in a lead culinary role with sports and entertainment or stadium premium catering experience
  • Degree or training in culinary arts, hospitality management, or equivalent
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, email communications, and purchasing procedures
  • Must be a leader dedicated to self and team growth
  • Must live near or be willing to relocate to Winston Salem, NC
  • Capable of producing consistent high-volume products
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to operate kitchen as a business owner
  • Exceptional culinary and knife skills with teaching ability

Job Qualifications

  • Degree or training in culinary arts or hospitality management or equivalent
  • 5+ years in a lead culinary role with experience in sports and entertainment or stadium premium catering
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communications, and purchasing procedures
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team growth and development
  • Ability to produce consistent culinary products at high volume
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Exceptional knife skills and knowledge of varied culinary techniques
  • Ability to teach culinary skills effectively

Job Duties

  • Execute premium culinary operations including planning, ordering, menu creation, and game day and event menu execution
  • Maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Lead food safety and sanitation standards in all kitchen and food service areas
  • Develop, implement, and communicate creative menu items adhering to company standards
  • Track and report financial goals, food costs, and culinary budget
  • Create and manage schedules for kitchen and gameday culinary staff within labor budget
  • Assist in training, accountability, and scheduling of culinary staff
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to drive sales and execute events flawlessly
  • Foster positive team morale and maintain communication among kitchen staff
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef
  • Perform other related duties as needed
