Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership culinary position with relevant sports and entertainment catering experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Must be a proactive leader focused on team development
- Reside near or willing to relocate to Winston Salem, NC
- Ability to produce consistent high-volume culinary products
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Business ownership mindset
- Proven culinary technique expertise
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Ability to perform physical kitchen duties including lifting up to 30 lbs
- Adherence to company core values including safety, teamwork, ethics, and adaptability
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years in a lead culinary role, experience in sports and entertainment or stadium premium catering
- Degree or training in culinary arts, hospitality management, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communications, and purchasing procedures
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team growth
- Capable of producing consistent product in high volume
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Business operational mindset
- Exceptional knife skills and variety of culinary techniques
- Ability to teach culinary skills
Job Duties
- Execute premium culinary operations including planning, ordering, menu creation, and game day/event menu execution
- Maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Lead safety and sanitation compliance in kitchen and food service areas
- Develop and communicate creative menu items adhering to company standards
- Track and report financial goals, food cost, and culinary budget
- Manage kitchen and game day culinary staff schedules within labor budget
- Assist in training, accountability, and scheduling of culinary staff
- Collaborate with sales and operations to drive sales and flawless event execution
- Maintain morale and teamwork among culinary team
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef
