Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship program completion
- 3-5 years management experience in high-volume or contract food service venues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Commitment to customer service
- Flexibility to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven leadership ability
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership skills
Job Duties
- Plan and develop menu items and recipes for concessions, catering, and premium locations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- Ensure the highest possible rating from the Health Department
- Assist in training, safety, sanitation, and accident prevention controls within the kitchen
- Develop and test recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation
- Ensure consistent food quality in presentation and preparation
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control
- Ensure adherence to all recipes and preparation methods
- Maintain kitchen equipment
- Report and document hazardous conditions or unsafe practices
- Contribute to menu specifications including pricing information
- Work directly with the Executive Chef on food production and menu development
- Conduct meetings and pre-shifts to update staff on daily goals and objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned
