Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in culinary environment
  • experience managing employees under collective bargaining agreement (preferred)
  • experience in high-volume restaurant or fine-dining (preferred)
  • excellent knowledge of food and beverage products
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of relevant culinary experience
  • experience managing employees under collective bargaining agreement (preferred)
  • previous experience in high-volume or fine-dining restaurant (preferred)
  • strong leadership and mentoring skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee daily restaurant kitchen operations
  • manage fiscal budgets and labor productivity
  • schedule and control inventory
  • uphold guest service standards
  • execute and develop menu strategies
  • manage training programs and enforce policies
  • interact with guests to ensure satisfaction
