Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in culinary environment
- experience managing employees under collective bargaining agreement (preferred)
- experience in high-volume restaurant or fine-dining (preferred)
- excellent knowledge of food and beverage products
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant culinary experience
- experience managing employees under collective bargaining agreement (preferred)
- previous experience in high-volume or fine-dining restaurant (preferred)
- strong leadership and mentoring skills
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant kitchen operations
- manage fiscal budgets and labor productivity
- schedule and control inventory
- uphold guest service standards
- execute and develop menu strategies
- manage training programs and enforce policies
- interact with guests to ensure satisfaction
