Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years high-volume culinary experience
- one to two years management experience preferred
- culinary school education preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education
- proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- familiarity with restaurant management software
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- valid driver's license
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- willingness to undergo background check if requested
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of high-volume culinary experience including one to two years in a management role
- culinary school education preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- familiarity with restaurant management software such as Compeat Advantage
- strong understanding of food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, personnel management, and recordkeeping
- valid driver’s license
- eligibility to work in the United States
- agreement to background check if requested
Job Duties
- Display leadership skills by effectively leading kitchen staff and fostering a positive work environment
- manage daily back-of-house operations including food preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management
- organize multiple tasks efficiently to prioritize orders and ensure timely food preparation
- communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management to coordinate kitchen activities
- maintain strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards to uphold a safe and clean kitchen
- demonstrate keen attention to detail in plating, garnishing, and food presentation
- work collaboratively with team members across roles to contribute to a smooth dining experience for guests
