Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume culinary experience
- culinary school education preferred
- knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- familiarity with restaurant management software
- ability to manage food planning and preparation
- knowledge of purchasing and sanitation
- understanding of company policies and personnel management
- must have valid driver's license
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- agree to background check if requested
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume culinary experience
- 1-2 years in management preferred
- culinary school education preferred
- knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- familiarity with restaurant management software
- proficiency in Compeat Advantage desirable
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- excellent communication skills
- valid driver's license
- eligible to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Manage daily back of house operations
- lead kitchen staff effectively
- ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- organize and prioritize kitchen tasks
- communicate efficiently with team and management
