Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years culinary environment experience
- experience with collective bargaining agreements preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to health and safety standards
- bilingual abilities preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a culinary environment as a chef
- prior experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred
- bilingual skills preferred with English as primary or secondary language
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant kitchen operations
- manage fiscal budgets and labor productivity
- schedule staff and control inventory
- develop and execute menu strategies to enhance profitability
- implement policies, operating procedures and training programs
- ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- manage human resources duties including staffing, coaching and succession planning
- interact with guests to ensure dining satisfaction
- address guest complaints promptly
- collaborate with service team to maintain seamless service
- maintain knowledge of food and beverage products and kitchen equipment
