Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years culinary environment experience
  • experience with collective bargaining agreements preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to health and safety standards
  • bilingual abilities preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a culinary environment as a chef
  • prior experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred
  • bilingual skills preferred with English as primary or secondary language

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee daily restaurant kitchen operations
  • manage fiscal budgets and labor productivity
  • schedule staff and control inventory
  • develop and execute menu strategies to enhance profitability
  • implement policies, operating procedures and training programs
  • ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • manage human resources duties including staffing, coaching and succession planning
  • interact with guests to ensure dining satisfaction
  • address guest complaints promptly
  • collaborate with service team to maintain seamless service
  • maintain knowledge of food and beverage products and kitchen equipment
