Job Requirements

  • Applicants should have 2+ years as a Sous Chef in a full service restaurant
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef in a full service restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations
